My choice would be to put all the product reviews in subfolders of the same site. That way you can create a home page that points to them all and people can pick from all your reviewed products.

You can edit the review any way that you want, and it's probably advisable to amend the headline as well as a few sentences here and there to make it unique for the search engines and give it some individuality.
